A B2B interacts with customers routinely to update them on campaigns or projects. S/he is often the main point of communication between clients and the company. Major role is to maintain good business relationships with current clients and find new accounts.
Job responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Build relationships with key employees among customers, creating of customer loyalty and working to retain customers.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Make proposals to address clients’ business needs
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Advise clients on the staff development through IAB courses
- Coordinate training related issues, such as trainers meetings with customers, course outline tailoring, scheduling, etc.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Work with corporate CRM and LMS systems
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Required Qualifications
- Self-confident, efficient and result-oriented.
- Relevant education and at least 3 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Armenian, Russian, English)
- Strong project management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, a customer-oriented mindset Armenian, and Russian.
- Creativity and innovation skills.
- An organized approach to work.
- Attention to details.
- Patience.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
